Communication
Parents receive regular updates about their child’s day, learning, and wellbeing. We also share newsletters and important notices to keep families informed.
Safeguarding & Welfare
Safeguarding Our Children
The safety and wellbeing of every child at Serene Steps Nursery is our highest priority. We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in our care.
Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Our nursery has a Designated Safeguarding Lead who is responsible for overseeing child protection practices and ensuring all safeguarding concerns are responded to appropriately.
Child Protection Procedures
All staff are trained in safeguarding procedures and follow clear policies in line with EYFS statutory requirements. Any concerns about a child’s welfare are acted upon promptly and in accordance with local safeguarding guidelines.
